Garlic A Natural Antibiotic

Garlic is a wonderful herbal drug.
Many studies on Garlic suggests that taking a garlic once a day can reduce the risk of getting cold or flue by as much as 50% and Garlic is better than any other spice. Do enjoy a can or a bottle of Coke / Pepsi everyday ? Add Garlic too !
Garlic has an antioxidant, a chemical property which helps protect our body from damages caused by diseases or viruses. Garlic also provides a good amount of Sulphur, another important medicinal value for our body. And a very interesting property of Garlic is that when it is minced or crushed, it produces a compound which is known to have antibiotic and anti-fungal properties, the Allicin. This Allicin is an antioxidant, which is only produced when the Garlic is crushed or minced. So consuming garlic in whole is less advantageous than taking in pieces!
