Usually TV networks don’t broadcast a story like this one, but on this day, a citizen reporter captures a video and then sends it to a news network.

The citizen has made a video of a Billionaire author who once wrote the book “How to become a Billionaire?” among many others. He was also billionaire with bunches of money. So what happened to him. The citizen reports to the network through her video.

Now he is found in a mental status that you can only see or hear. Without much writing here, please watch the video.

There is a popular expression in Nepali language which goes
like this : “Money is like dust in your hand. It comes and goes.”
Could your lifestyle such as marriage, etc be the wind ?
Hold your money tight! Ironically, there is also the
expression again, in Nepali language,
“The tighter you hold sands in your hand, the faster it will flow”

This film was done with just 1 take for each scene.
Sorry we didn’t have time. But, even if 1 takes we enough for you to giggle
or learn something, the Cuckoo camera angles worked! LOL !!

a very special thanks to a homeless person who
has taught me more than the books I bought a few days ago in acting specially for this short film. For the acting, I can’t thank him enough. Oh yes, he comes and gets a free drinks, and a few coins and sometime cash from me and my friends at work.

Whether we are rich or poor, there will always be stories to be told and be heard.
But, there will always be lines drawn among us based on our behaviour, which would be
often dividing and defining us in many categories; perhaps one such would be normal or abnormal?
But those who define are defined by others too. So it’s the loop. Laughter is the loop.
Learning is the loop. Let it loop. Aren’t we living in a crazy world ? For me, this
is just a short film with some messages that I can learn at all times.

And finally, about the movie title:
I decided that Bill would be enough for Billionaire, and Bum sounds short for someone who is broke or perhaps beggar, and Cuckoo is sure enough for abnormal mental status ? Prove me wrong. I have asked you questions before and finally again, what did you learn in this film ? which part was to your liking ?
